8.1 To receive report in relation to replacement of gate and update in relation to signage

8.2 To formally receive and consider request to use Top Common for parking

8.3 To receive and consider any other concerns relating to the Common, including recent visits by the grass cutting team and to finalise action to replant trees on Top Common

9.1 To receive an update in relation to any issues relating to highways, including consultation on proposal to name an existing street - Bishops Lane

9.2 To receive an update in relation to any issues relating to footpaths/cyclepath

 

10.    Future of St Aldhelm's

10.1 To receive an update in relation to ongoing purchase of long term lease of St. Aldhelm's

 

11.    Parish Lengthsman Scheme

11.1 To receive update following Parish Lengthsman's recent visits to the village

11.2 To consider further tasks for the Parish Lengthsman for his visit on 6th November 2017

 

12.    Training: To receive HALC's training schedule 2018 so that councillors may consider suitable training
